Let's Say 'NO!'

Yay! Let’s say NO..! I got this idea to write in my blog while I working yesterday. Two Chinese guys come my shop to buy some electrical appliances. They’re not bad looking somehow or being rude. No, they don’t. But one thing that I HATE the most is they SMOKING. I really sensitive to it and get ME difficult to breath. All this start when I was in Form3 which I suffer this diseases. I can’t remember what its name. “bronch…” something like that. Not “bronchitis asthma” .Its relates to nose .Sometimes I really wonder how they can stand the smoke which they suck in. Don’t they feel disgusting or scare to death when they see those pictures on cigarette package. So, automatically I stay 2metre away from these two guys. I will faint if I didn’t do so.

My dad is a smoker too but he tries quit smoking when he get to know I can’t stand the smoke. He tried very hard and took a long time. Finally he did it now. =) .i really happy when he stop smoking. Not because he stop smoking for me, but for his own health.

My dad use this when he in early stage to stop.

its filter Tar and nicotine contain in the cigarette.^0^

its won't be impossible for you to quit smoking if you TRY and just say NO ! =)..
